Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original presentation box with all certificates, warranty cards, and manuals, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage.

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a trackable, fully insured shipping method to return the package to our Denver boutique.
Inspection and Refund
